Can you get clients on Fiverr / Upwork as a UK Virtual Assistant?

I know this might be controversial, but my answer is no.

Not because nobody has ever found a client on those platforms.

People absolutely have.

But because the sites are often a complete mis-representation of what running a profitable, thriving UK VA business actually looks like.

Now this podcast isn’t a ‘Fiverr is awful, it must be avoided at all costs’ this is more of a ‘by all means use it, but be aware of how it could make you feel and how it could dramatically affect your mindset’.
